Only thing I can say is I bought an OBX Header for my e36 M3 and the fittment was a little off, had to hammer one of the primaries to fit past the firewall. Other tha that seemed ok.

its cool its coolet

its fine i it works great fitment is fine also dont let these people tell you otherwise since they dont own it. it is the same header as cobalt addiction. also i would go with a zzp but the 3 inch is way too much for your mods its too much for mine you need to have like 2.5 2.6 to run 3 or a tvs

Yeah i don't plan on going with a 3". Not making enough boost. So you're telling me the OBX header and dp setup isn't bad then?? What else can you tell me about it?

Actually they don't even make a header and dp combo for the ss s/c just 2.4. Seems they only make a header.

Punctuation much?

Other than needing a custom dp (which is CHEAP) the Pacesetter is a great header

That header used to be sold by Cobalt Addiction.... it's a good header, but a long tube with 3" downpipe is better for power!

looks like a CA V2 http://cobalt-addiction.com/performance.htm i have the v2 connected to a zzp 3in-2.5dp, and its a great header. u feel a difference when its on, just like every other header out there but it is a good header.

I just hope this one is fixed from the V1 header, because that one would rub the metal water pump line on the back of the car and cause it to leak coolant like a bitch...

happened to me on 2 diff cobalts...

Well I know it was a big problem with the first run of headers they did, but this is the V2 after they redid it. And it's in all stainless, their V1 was mild steel i believe. Do some searching and ask people with it if they had any issues.

Then it's probably ok. I was thinking about it too but I remembered how pissed i was after installing the V1, taking it for a spin and on the way home I see LOW COOLANT on the DIC...

That should be fixed now. Sooooo...Go for it!

I think that I have the first header you have up there, I bought it used from a guy on here who said it was a V2....wrong. But as far as fittment goes it was fine mine was missing a stud at the collector so I had to use bolts. 4k miles plus the 5k from the other guy, still works
