Does anyone know if there is a dual exhaust kit available for the ss/sc's? I'd rather have dual even though ill have to change the rear valance. I think ss's should have had duals from the factory, kinda like the srt-4's. If anybody has any info it would be .

 

None aftermarket... You would have to go custom most likely...

no greater benefit with duals without serious hp. The valance would be easier if you fabbed another hole in the stock valance on the opposite side. RK Sport rear valance for a generic cobalt will not fit the SS/SC, I already tried.

They should be coming out with a kit soon I hope.

you know what would be sick would be dual tips coming out of the center of the valence like on vipers and srt-8 jeeps

 

two tips comin out under sideskirt right in front of back wheel.

 

i think that might sound like **** though

 

for sure..... i've thought about it.... that would just be sick. too bad u would have to spend quite a bit of money to try anything like this (not to mention you wouldnt see any hp gains over stock -most likely-)

i think dual exhaust on the cobalt would be awesome.... i just dont think it is practical or beneficial

 

Sshaner, how much did you pay? Where did you get it done at? Im really interested in maybe doing this.

 

keep in mind bro you dont have to run 2 pipes to have 2 tips, you can a dual coming off of one pipe

Look at the pics of the Cobalt 272 concept car. That has a center mounted exhaust. It looks sweet as hell
