youre positive the pump is circulating? is it burping air or is nothing moving at all?

Sounds like air in the system?

air can/will get stuck in the top of the endplate and its a pain in the ass to get it out. hold up the top hose on the endplate over your head while the pump is on to get it out

How are your hoses routed? Pic of the setup will help. Probably have something setup so it's trapping an air bubble. That little pump can only do so much, and it won't push air out of a loop in the hose aparrently.

Gotta get the highest point, where the air is, open so the air can move. Either re-route the hoses, or just open up and let it flow until you get solid coolant, then close.

ya i believe my cores are right small holes fluid in big holes fluid out,
i was thinking about making a hose to put on "in" side of the pump and submegging it in coolant, also if my core were wrong would i still get flow?

yeah, coolant will still flow if the cores are backwards, it just greatly reduces the efficency.

i would do that and submerge it into coolant so it will push the bubble out of the way and it helps fill it alot faster..

if you dont put a restricted bleed hose from the top of the oem h/w to an option b tank you will have issues no matter what you do....

This as well. If you do this, it bleeds constantly. As long as you have your hose setup correct, so it's not trapping air in the manifold or something, you are good to go.

my hoses are set up correct, but it refuses to go through the the stock h/e, i gotta take the grille out and take out the stripped bleeder screw

my hoses go, pump to endplate, to tank, to stock h/e, to aftermarket, and then back to the pump
