Dual pass endplate fitting.
Found brass fittings, T's and elbows in Lowe's. Good luck. The Dual Pass is a bitch of an install. The bolts on the lower side of the intake manifold are a real challenge. the whole thing took me 10 hours.
Auto zone has some too. I bought two 3/4" hoses they had in the back. It was meant for something else, but it had good 90 degree turns. $9.99 each. You could find the T there as well, and the rest of the stuff. You'll need lots of clamps, if you can't resuse the originals.
Also check out Italian Joe, I believe he sells silicone hoses here that are all set for option 'A'.
Installation, yeah it was time consuming. My mechanic was able to remove the end plate without removing the intake, it takes patience.
Good Luck!!

So you didn't buy the GMPP one? There is a guy here named italianjoe that does a custom fit one for 1/2 the price of the GMPP. Here is the link.........
