Is it easier than taking off the alternator?

balts have to take the IC pump off anyways..
just take your time and make sure you get everything nice and tight.
and get an adel clamp to get the laminovas out, severely do not suggest a pair of pliers or anything like that.

not GM dual pass.
if you get stuck or anything during it feel free to PM me.
hardest part is the hosing and that's just more annoying than hard.

you do not have to take the i/c pump off.. I took the alternator out and moved it aside to get the bottom bolt. and all you need is one of the screw type hose clamps to get the laminova's out..

Take your time and make sure everything is in correctly.

I have all the hoses ran already as i am running the option b tank right now.I have it set up so that after i install the dual pass endplate, all i have to do is add the other t-fitting and run one more hose.

You don't need to take the IC pump off. Just move the alternator aside. Honestly, the hardest part for me was getting the hoses ran where they would not kink.

far as I can remember... I thought there were 4 going to the head, 2 in the middle of the manifold, and one at the bottom.. someone chime in to see if I am remembering correctly.

You are correct. Only one holds the very bottom on under the mani that you can't really see. I just did mine last week. It's really preety easy.

yeah one bolt on the bottom, it's not necessary to put it back, i did just for ***** and giggles.
then theres 2 things holding the im into the head, you need an e-torx socket but if u don't have that just make sure you uninstall and reinstall those 2 SLOWLY. the others should be self explanatory.
theres also one by the dipstick i think, u need to disconnect the dipstick from SOMETHING i forget what, unsure if that's just the ions or both of us

I didn't get a chance to really look at your hoses, how did you get them so they wouldn't kink?
