DW200 Fuel Pump

Is this pump a straight swap? Does anything need to be modified in the tank to make it work?

Did a search and only found a thread of some one asking if it needs tuned.

Fueling problems. Duty cycle running 116% peak and 20ms at 6900rpms. 42's on the 3" pulley. I tested rail pressure and it fluctuates 58-62 psi under wot. So I returned the tester stumped. Only thought is that it is intermittently losing pressure.

Yes. I am going to try and get my wideband hooked up to my HPT today so I can do a log with my AFR.

I do have a log for anyone that wants to see what it is doing.
Basically: Throttle in and the duty cycle ramps up with the RPM's to about 6k where the duty is ~80%. Pass 6k and there is a cycle spike and they peak out over 110% before redline.

TJolley: Right? And I have seen countless posts that the 42's will do a 2.8. This is why I am like WTF is wrong with my car.

Is the tuners config file setup to read duty cycle correctly?

Also DW300 as a minimum for a drop in

The zzp340 and walbro 450 are also excellent choices. Bring your dremel

Will I need to tune for the huge pump or will it only use what it needs?

not for the pump but if you adjust your base pressure (im assuming you have a RSFS) then you need to update the injector offsets

And i have learned that I have two different renditions of "stock" stage 2 tunes. No surprise there is a huge difference in the fuel tables. The file with the VIN number is the one on my PCM and the other is different. Anyone care to look and tell me which one is for my 42lbs injectors?

Tune I think is right for my car:
