i got dynoed on a dyno mite and it only measures whp and i only made 230whp and look at my mods if i would have went on a dyno jet im sure it would have said 250whp or 260whp but dyno mite is real accurate and only real time numbers no eager boosters andf the truth hurts

So if I understand right your mods are Stage 2, 2.9 pulley, intake, and cat-back only? Did you do a baseline to see your gains, or is this your first dyno?

i went with him and we have the same mods and i only made 242.56hp...but they let mine idle till it was 220 deg. then ran it And as far as i know this was both of are 1st time on the dyno.

ok i got my chart up....i wasnt really happy with mine, but if they wouldnt of let it get so hot i think it would be better. They also said i need to regap my plugs from .035 to around .032

hey kevin..u got the front..i got the back lol

sorry mine came out blurry

Oh yea...after the dyno i got to look at this...thats a big truck!

Is it possible 2 different brands of intakes would make that much of a difference? I wouldn`t think so. K&N vs. Injen
A few more Pics.

i dont think brand of intake was the hp diff. i think my temp vs. your temp was atlease 95% of it. Like i said mine was like 220 when they ran it yours was like 190?

Oh yea kevin..you have to let me know how the new tune works.

for those argueing numbers here dynos are not for giving you a number they are for a comparison. look at my mods most would prob guess i put down 250-260. try 213 hp and 195 tq. this was also the third lowest reading dyno in the country and also the same dyno the twinscrew only put down 270 hp. so those giving him **** can lay off.

dynos are not for number they are for tuning first run i put down 203 and with some a/f and timing we got it up to 213 shwoing us hey were doing something right and making more power... ill also give huge props to 2k5ss/sc? for getting me dyno time and Collin at Show Zone for hooking me up last minute.

Here's your mods reduced to just the one's that are producing hp:
  • 60# + 2.8"
  • HPtuned
  • K&N CAI
  • ZZP midlength header
  • DP w/ Magnaflow cat
  • MR Catback

... try 213 hp and 195 tq.
Man, you seriously need to go find a different dyno.

That's freaking depressing ...

maybe u didnt get the point of my post... every dyno will read different and are meant for tuning the car by comparing numbers on that dyno.

"Maybe you didn't get the point ..."?

LOL. You're kidding me, right?

I've raced/modded cars since 1982, 2 years before you were even born!

So yeah, I understand what you were trying to say just fine.

But since your dyno numbers were SO FREAKIN OFF, I was SERIOUSLY suggesting that you find another dyno.

Because just to have to look at those numbers (even if it be for "tuning purposes only") ...

Is just plain depressing.

Dammit, don't you people ever work?! I have to be to Chapel hill by 11:30am Saturday morning. I can probably still get down there though... Of course that would mean I need to get my car all tuned up by then lol.
