Hey guys I am leaving in an hour to go to the dyno. Everything thats in my signature is on the car. The meth is just windshield washer fluid, im running 22 degrees of timing, and I was tuned by tom aka wicked.

I will let you guys know the results soon. I just didn't feel like waiting to make the thread lol.

This dyno is a little inflated so I know it will hit more then that. On this specific dyno, I am hoping to land a nice round even 300whp mark. When I was on my stage 2 setup, methanol, full exhaust, cai etc I hit 265ish.

So now that I am tuned, and dropped to a 2.8 I hope to gain close to 30whp, although I doubt I did, darn. But we will see lol

well I am off to go get some more meth and to stop at the bank. I will be back and update this soon =D.

well, you already hit 265, but I don't think you'll gain quite 30whp from a tune and tad smaller pulley. I'll say you'll probably gain like 20ish at the wheels, IF your tuner is good.

I'll say ~285ish whp

2.8 will do little and the 60's just made you safer not more powa... i say 270ish

 

277whp and 218tq it has more in it, but thats what it pulled. I will have better results soon.

theres no trq cause it dosent lean up a bit in the middle like it should i'll bet... its probably commanding 11.7 across the board.... as to where if it went say 12.2-12.5 till 4700-5000 then drop to 11.7 it would be better trq curve... imo

 

alrite so 280- whp not bad full exaust, 2.8 meth and a tune thats decent and noone can really argue

 

its still more tq then the stage 2 setup. Its 11.1-11.4 give or take across the board. I noticed the afr was different on the dyno then outside on the streets. But uh, I will take care of some stuff and get the power back up there. I need more meth, 6gph instead of 3gph, and I need to mess with the tune some.

280 is decent yea, but not what i wanted to see.

 

yea i know its all about the 300 mark its cool at first but after a while its like okay well 350 will be cool then im done.. at 400 okay 450 and im calling it quits its a never ending operation

 

ya except the 300whp mark on the m62 is damn near impossible lol. Although with the ported intake and killerchiller, with a smaller pulley it will be had lol.

I am really thinking about the 50shot now since my tvs deal fell through. I might go hahn stage 5, but I really don't know if I want to spend 4 grand on the kit. If some of my stuff sales in my threads then I will, otherwise prolly not.

Anyways, what is the smallest pulley the gm stage 2 hub can run, a 2.7 right??
