I bet your MAF is off. When I was tuning I was commanding 11.5 AFR but seeing a solid 10 on my wideband before I got it dialed in. I kept taking away fuel from the MAF calibration and got it to the commanded AFR. You should send me a log to look at

It's good to start a lil bigger and adjust down. But honestly there isnt that big a diff in HP from 2.7 and under. Set the rev limiter accordingly.
