^ It is all part of a process, you may not feel any gains with them, but as you keep adding other parts, the power adds up.

Well the gains are decent, you can tell a difference with the butt dyno but it is still minimal. You can feel a difference with the butt dyno but a good tune will go far. I have the ZZP Stage 3 installed on my car and it seem to work awesome after a little bit of driving. Another thing is dont go cheap with the fuel get the highest octane you can find atleast 91-93 octane.

One thing I will let you know is that it's a lot on the drivers parts you can have the fastest car but an unskilled driver with the fastest car will lose everytime. No thats not a bag on you, because I dont know you or how you drive. This is just something I have picked up over the years the cobalt is good car with a good and cheap aftermarket you may think of going thru zzp and ordering thier stage 3 you will definately see a difference.

Im not fond of polished I prefer the black powder coat.

I think with my current setup im at about 260ish possibly. I still have to go to the dyno.

The ZZP Canned Tune with Intake and Full Exhaust thier dyno sheets show 260 and it feels like it my 350z was putting out about 250 to the rear wheels and after driving both they both pull the same I need to get to the dyno and see what my actual numbers are.

No problems and its cheap it took me all off about 8 hours total because I went with the stage 3 heat exchanger and had to pull my bumper off that kind of stuff and on top of that I had never done it before it worked out pretty good. I only paid 571 for the kit and the tool to remove the pulley. You would have to remove the gm stage 2 hub not sure how hard that would be but it would be worth it.

You should have just gotta a ZZP stage 3 w/ the H/E, bought yourself a header/DP combo, threw on a intake and got it tuned. Then you'd be impressed over stock.

Im not installing anything on my car until i have all the pieces in my garage. I have the Header/DP sitting there, just waiting for the ZZp S3

Good power gains even on the canned tune from zzp. You would see even more on a custom tune.

You can get the canned tune from zzp just send your computer in to them. Its a good base to start with for a custom tune.

With the 3.1 pulley your luck to see 13 or 14 psi go with the 2.8 and 60's you like the power that and the mileage got better by about 4 mpg.
