i have a 2006 cobalt ss s/c the only engine mods that have been done are gm stage 2 (i got the ecm update that it said in the instructions for the stage 1&2 install) and ngk brk7eix plugs the engine is going into power reduced mode when ever i get close to the rev limiter in i noticed that it says its building 17 psi boost but i only have gm stage 2 pulley? i will have the code tomorrow when i get to work and will try to get on to post exact code, it goes back to normal when i leave it off for a few minutes

before the spark plug change all the boost i was building was 14.5psi and 16psi when nearing 7k all on 91 octane

what exactly is the stage 2 ecm update i have read about on the net? the instructions that came with my kit only said there was a stage 1 update
