Engine Misfiring!!

Alright well I posted a thread about this before but I didn't get much repsonse. Here's my problem: I currently am running 60lb injectors with an OTTP tune. I have the BKR7E's gapped at .035. I throw a random misfire code everyday. It will go off for a day or two then come back on the next day so its almost a constant problem. I do not have my 42s to check if it's an injector problem, but I do not think it is because it so happens that the guy who put the OTTP tune on my car is having the same problem. He put on some custom settings for the TB to make it more sensitive.

sounds like its in your tune. the only thing i can think of to just cause random misfires is a MAF issue.

typically, a CEL will not go away unless the cause of the problem is not there for something like 3 engine starts. this would mean your only misfiring every few days or so, so its not a serious issue, just an annoyance. Still though...im not sure what would cause this. Maybe you can turn down the sensitivity to misfires setting off the code in HPT? im not exactly sure on the capabilities of HPT, but i know you can do this with the knock sensor's sensitivity.

I have that as well not the end of the world
has to do with the 60's not being able to cope with the low amount of fuel ( Iam guessing)
I checked my plugs they were fine
I'll try to gap them closer in the summer see if that makes a difference (.32)
It has been frustrating me for a while
but I'm not too worried about it never happens during WOT
