Pissing contests are never a good thing. You are the customer and the customer is always right when it comes to business.

I contacted them about 2 months ago and they were quick as could be about wanting to build me a kit. They are somewhat local to me so I would go there personally to get things buttoned up.

Wasn't trying to steal the spotlight, sorry about that. Whether people are struggling or not should not be affecting how they deal with business. You either stop doing what you are doing as a business or work through the pain and keep up to pace. Customers are ALWAYS right. I'm not choosing sides just want to wish everyone the best so things can be resolved as professional as possible.

Yeah no worries, had no idea RAW was Canadian and that they too owed a kit.

And no sides to choose here, I paid up in good faith with the best of intentions.

Jr. needs to let this community know if he is still in the game or not. If so, time to hit the reset button and get fabricating.

Ah, lol...that old 3" ZZP exhaust...those guys owe me a new set of eardrums.

I just gutted my DP, with the 2 1/4 GMPP it is not that bad at all so you'll be fine.

It's because he knows he's at fault and more than likely to embarrassed to bother. Or he just doesn't care and prefers to silently move on from this.

Lesson learned unfortunately for all those affected, including myself.

Well all make mistakes and i could be understanding to a point if he was willing to man up post his side of things but to just ignore it and think its gonna go away because u refunded some money is stupid.

He hasn't refunded anything yet...but yeah, the MP-90 kit isn't exactly rocket science and to go from next week, next month, Magnusson fucked up, adapter plate was 1/4" off and need to be redone, to radio silence, to exposure, wait 2 weeks please and delete this thread within 2 minutes of me posting it up, another 2 months of silence, and finally (please god let it be final) ur refund is incoming.

What a nightmare and I'm relieved everyone here has been as supportive as they have.

Bought a 2013 elantra. Slow as *****. Was going to part out then burn the nogobalt...having second thoughts now, pulled everything and it looks like I can salvage pretty much the works...but thats a whole other thread.

$1500 would sure come in handy right about now.

Oh come on now. That's not the way to think about it.
Get it back together do a few hot laps then come back a tell us how u feel.

At one point i was about to sell my car and get a GTO but i dug in and cranked this bitch up and now Im aiming pr the stars.
I get more joy out of mopping the floor with with some cocky V8 owner in my lil cobalt ss then cruzing around in my 1970 camaro RS. And that's hella fun.
Its all about earned respect man. We all bought a car that ppl under estimate the potential all the time. Often get "yo Wana race" i say sure. Wat u running and give me a power idea." there's alot of cocky mustang owners around my parts that think cuz they have a intake headers exhaust catlesss that they r hot ****. Then i say "i have a cobalt ss" they say "oh that's cute my wife drives a cobalt" i say " time and place." after i take there 300 bucks there wife in the cobalt gave them. Lol they start makin alot of excuses. Lol

Just visited his shop yesterday.
He needs to pick up 2 parts from Magnuson and then assemble it and itll be done from what I understood. Too many irons in the fire though.

Oh? So I'm not getting a refund now after he emails me telling me I'm getting a refund after months of radio silence.

My head hurts...

Thank you for the info, it is appreciated.
