Exhaust for 07 Cobalt SC

Anyone have any opinion on the Megan Race Exhaust for the SS S/C? I am definetly getting ZZperformance Header and DP combo, but have been wondering if 2.5" is good enough to handle 400 targeted hp. Or I would like to know the opinion of getting a custom 2.5" with high flow cat and a bolt on muffler. Or if I should go 3" on everything. I am on a budget of $600 - 750. The Hahn is really nice sounding but out of my price range. Only mods so far is AEM cai; Definetly looking to do things right

First would be to get the exhaust that I can build up around.
Next I want to get Traction bars, motor/tranny mounts.
ZZPerformance stage 4
- I then read a thread that a Cam with valve springs was a great addition, so I might have to work on internals.
Just want a good idea for what exhaust options I should go with; I will continue to look GreenPurgatory and thanks

What else would you recommend? Further reading in the forums I think I am going to go with the ZZPerformance headers and DP with the Megan. ZZperformance is also coming up with a completed twin charged kit soon. They have dyno charts to that get a continuous 387wbhp if i read it right.
Don't know if I will go that route though.

The twin-charge ZZP kit is AWESOME!!

Also, you may want to read the GM Performance 300+ horsepower Ecotec article.

Would it be better to just get the megan exhaust and leave the stock headers and dp? Cuz cops down here hate the sound of loud systems
