Just be cool about it. That stuff happens and a large % of the time no signature was ever actually received. I have personally made federal express drive back out to my neighbors to deliver an item to the correct house.

I'm pissed right now too. I was supposed to get my gmos lan04 today for my avic d3 and apparently the delivery guy said I had moved from the address and decided to not deliver it. I called and they checked the address and it's the right address the driver guy claimed the reciepent address was wrong. I've been waiting 2 weeks now for it and the site I got it from said they do same day shipping but didn't ship it untill last tuesday. Stupid ass fedex delivery guy.

yeah, i currently have the same thing, shipper didn't address the package correctly and it was delivered to a place just in front of where i work. Some old couple signed for it and didn't know what to do with it. They had renters coming in, so they took it with them to el paso. When they get there she is going to send it back and the renters are going to bring it to the pro shop. I was kinda pissed especially when I found out they took it with them to el paso. So I have dual interceptors and hptuners about 1200 worth of stuff waiting on a manifold gasket thats in el paso with some old people and an lc-1 that is lord knows where. Its been a month so I think its being brought on foot.

Not to threadjack but I feel ya it sucks, but you gotta just suck it up and not do anything foolish to get yourself into trouble. Go there and politely ask for your package and ask him why he signed for something that wasn't his. Or just make FedEx go and get it tommorow. They will do that.

same thing happened to me, i bought a eVGA 680i motherboard and the guy i bought it from only put $100 insurance, so i only got 100 bucks back after i spent almost 300 for it....
