A few upgrade questions

I was thinkining about getting the GM stage 1 because all i need is the injectors and tune, I already have the 3in pulley so why get stage 2 if the tune is the same.
If I were to put the injectors in before I get it tuned at the dealer what would happen? If this isn't bad for the car could i save money on the labor since i would only need them to tune the pcm? or would they charge me the same either way? I am going to call the dealer and ask also.
What is the smallest pulley people are running safly on the stage kits? anyone running a 2.7in?
What are the temp differences with the heat exchanger? and where is the best place to get a kit?

Does the gm kit throw codes with supporting mods, I have a catless header, exhaust, and intake?

Your best bet is OTTs stage one kit. Way better.
