I knew why it was doing what it was doing. I was never too sure how accurate the computer was at it. It fluctuates pretty rapidly. I figured especially at idle that the car would be pretty good at maintaining a 14.x ratio

Alright. So the TVS came in to Josh Friday and should have been shipped out Monday which means everything should be here by the end of the week to be installed over the weekend. I've got HPtuners as well as a wideband installed. I'm looking for someone who can do a good remote tune on the car (or if anyone's close to Columbus I could meet you. I need to learn this software anyways). I know I need to dremel the MAF sensor a bit to get it to fit under the blower. Are there any more surprises that I need to worry about with this install? It seems pretty straight forward. As long as I don't forget I'll have pics and a how to for the install as I didn't seem to find on in my search. Getting pretty excited.

It's the map sensor. And i think that's the only surprise realy. I think you have to turn the baro sensor or do something with it. It's the one below the the other end of the fuel rail. Just kinda sits there. 2 8mm bolts holding it into the little bracket.

That shouldn't be too hard. There's really not much that needs to be done and any big issue would have been in threads. Looking over other peoples work it is straight forward.

so I've got 2 really stupid questions The stupidest will be first. How do you keep the pulley from spinning when I'm trying to remove the bolts from the one that comes with the TVS? And second anyone know the size of the bolts between the downpipe and catback? mine are rusted to **** and am gonna get them replaced as well.

Take your tampon out and hold the pulley with one hand and take it loose with the other.... or put the blower on the car and put the belt on and then take them out.

Annd Just take them out and take them to the hardware store.

Just solder the wires.
No, don't do that. Use butt connectors

Lol I got it taken care of. Ended up just going with the adaptor. By the time I realized they were too short the pipe was on and everything was torqued to ****. I didn't want to take it all back off to get leverage on it. So that was the solution. Ended up snapping an Allen wrench on the TVS so I'll be installing that tomorrow. Going with the install it and then remove the bolt solution. This day did not go smooth at all.

So after getting it installed, and the VE tables tuned the car decides to **** on itself...... Tuning for maf and it randomly kicks to low power mode throwing codes for MAP/MAF coordination and supercharger inlet pressure. Going back to a known working point and hope that I can narrow down whether it is tune or hardware related.

So everything is bolted up and every small annoying problem that has come with the setup has been taken care of. Time to lower the afr's during wot and it'll be pretty much done. Once we get them down I'll have a vid up here of it. Thing is a blast to drive
