The First, One of a Kind Dual Side Exhaust
You GOTTA release some kind of howto or exhaust diagram for those that would like to reproduce it. I just might one of these days when I move to a place with less high speed bumps and less rain gutters/dips
Good job, once again.
That would be perfect for your application! Looks sweet too! might have to do something about those reverse lights though.... perhaps wire up some emergency fogs like some of the Coopers have?

Yea man Ill do somethin.. maybe ill get a company to mass produce them... lol. Thanks. Like I said before when i get my ZZp header/ dp thats 3" i will make another one and probly do a "how-to" then.
Here is another pix of the rear lip I want. (thanks moza13-)

All it is, is a lip, not the whole bumper. Just remove the lower ss/sc lip and put this one on and i wont have to worry about that hole in the rear ss/sc lip no more. Now i need to check into the Grip side skirts.... looks like it would be a close fit.

I really like the looks of that as well, even if you beat me to it.
I do have the luxury of playing with the floor height so our goal is for the exhaust tips to be in the side skirts.
Also for your rear hole, it is possible to get a good bodyshop to fill the hole with a polyurethane piece and repaint, which is also the plan for my car. To make up for the rear grill that is molded for the exhaust pipe, we are just getting custom billet grills made up.
As everyone else did, I feel this mod was worth some green rep.

I will man, I just dont know when.. been so busy and this weekend fri, sat, sun i will be in montreal. Iv only been up there like 3 times in the past 2 weeks or so. Yeap, if it wasnt for u i would just have a sweet Y pipe set up with glass packs and tips with no way to connect it to the DP... lol.

lol, that was a good idea, i comepletely forgot that grip had that side skirt with the square hole. More that likely it will need some mod in order for the tips that i have to fit in there hole.

I like the look, I'd probably have gone with the Bowtie tips, but the squares look real nice...I know when I was doing side exhaust on the cavalier, I ended up only using one side because the gas tank was low on the other (there was a area to run the original exhaust past the tank on the drivers side) are you close to the tank and is it worth thinking about the heat near the tank?
Sounds good and it looks like you definatly did your homework on getting it setup properly since it looks pretty dam clean. I'm not a huge fan of side exit exhausts, but like I said it looks real clean. If you were able to get the tips to be mounted, exit and sit flush with the side skirt, that would be sick!
