fluidyne heat exchanger

i was wondering if the fluidyne heat exchagner would work on the ss/sc . i hear people talking about getting a cobra heat exchanger. are they talking about the stock/factory one for them cars?. or are they talking about aftermarket ones like the fluidyne one or afco? i seen this fluidyne one on lots of sites for sale and it looks really nice. i wouldent mind having that one for my car. so will it work? if so what will need to be done and what esle will need to be bought? i know brakets probley and things like that but what kind of hoses do i need and all? any help would be great thanks.

You will need to make custom mounting brackets. The Fluidyne one is a 3 pass core, and most people have been using the stock cobra heat exchanger. Someone on the redline forums has swapped the Fluidyne already, if you're interested in pics/info, do a search on there site. You'll need the same size hoses, just longer ones most likely.
