Free Mods for SS/SC

I did a search to see if this has been brought up before, with negative results. Does anybody know of any website that lists free horsepower modifications for our car? I know there was a couple websites when I had my 00 Camaro SS that listed a bunch. Any help would be great, thanks.

Ther is NONE, pretty much if you want to build your own paper and carton cold air intake, Oh wait, I think that thread got deleted and got a couple of ppl banned. Thats pretty much it. You could cut out the exhaust, And you could do the boost bypass which wont do NOTHING

yeah of course man, After you have a pulley and no tune the boost bypass is a mUST, if you have a lower pulley and no tune. I meant it wont work on a stock pullley. With HP tuners you can disable boost management, I forgot what its called but you can disable it. so with a tune you wont need the bypass if you have a smaller pulley.

Right once you get a tune, you will have to enable it again specially if you put lower boost in first gear since it will be blead through that

Go to your parents house and steal some dryer vent tubing and the hepafilter off their vacuum cleaner. Put it all together with some electrical tape you found next to the hot water heater... Thats all free !

Yup best low $ mod there is. And you'll want to pay the extra bones for that dryflow filter over a Krap&N filter that'll spit oil over your intake sensors and make your ECU go into limpmode.

I don't know what you people are smoking but my injen oil filter has NEVER caused me any problems like that. I thought we settled this a while ago by saying that half of these people having the problems with their sensore it was b/c they were reinstalled the wrong way.

there are some free mods you can do.

Take some ice and put it in two baggies or one big one, put that around your intake pipeing and tighten it with some tape. The air going into the pipe should get a bit more colder before it hits the supercharger. I tried it once and felt a like 1hp increase if that it may have been my mind playing tricks on me.

Your ass must be sensitive to feel that whole 1 hp increase. Can we get a dyno shot of that?
