Front end problems ?
Does anyone have issues with the front end of their car ? My car has had control arm bushings replaced yearly. Also stabilizer bar linkages replaced yearly. Has just had both front strut mounts and bearings replaced at a cost of $700 as apparently this is not covered by the extended warranty.
My cars warranty has just run out and I am wondering if anyone has tried any aftermarket parts on these areas. I have another clunking sound coming from the front end which I believe is the stabilizer bar linkage again and would like to replace with something that will last longer than a year. Thanks for any help.
Oh, car is 2005 which I bought new.

Everyone has problems with the front end. It's a small GM car. They haven't figured out how to build a front end thats noise free yet. I just replaced every garbage OEM component up front with aftermarket stuff and called it good. Some people do tend to have luck replacing the intermediate shaft though and it stops the noise..... temporarily at least.
