Full Boost No Power!

Like it says @ full boost I have slow acceleraton also no blower whine (kind of a engine bogging down sound instead) doesn't get above 3k very fast..
then sometimes some power will kick in and i get some good acceleration...
other times not so much...it's got me stumped...
also sometimes hard starts and sometimes soft starts...
Really at a loss here...

Replaced the Evap purge valve silanoid. - was thinking it would fix the hard/soft starts - it didn't.

Fuel filter replaced about 9k ago...
Plugs changed about 9k ago...
Car is 100% stock...change filter about 6k ago..
Cleaned MAF @ same time..
TB cleaned same time..
Belt has been replaced about 6k ago..
Alternator replaced about 9k ago..
Idle is pretty smooth..

Throws no codes..

Could a bad map cause this?

80,000 miles.

That's what i've been wondering...
I don't boost higher then I should though, and the cat doesn't glow..
I took it to a place that does free cat checks with a sniffer..but said they wouldn't
do it cause my check engine light wasn't on...blah..

you tighten down the screws for the maf enough to make sure it's not moving?

yup the maf is tight
was doing it before I ever removed it also.
It straighted up for a little while and ran fine...then went back to this..
It straighted up right after a seafoam through the vac...was good for 3 weeks, then started it up one day and it was doing it again.

cat.

at least that's the best idea i could come up with.

but i was under the impression that if your cat takes a dump you'd get a code for insufficient reading from the rear o2?

Well the cat did blow out at 20k...according to the lookup on it...that was way before I got it.
I got it at 62k.

Is it ok to clean the inside of the map out with electronics cleaner?
