fuse panel

how do i get to the fuse panel on my 2006 cobalt. i know where it is i just dont feel like breaking the plastic panel to get to it.

there should be a plasitic screw near the back, give it half a turn and pull back. should come right off

Pull hard from the bottom of the panel...

For the passenger compartment panel: Grasp the bottom of the panel with both hands, and lift swinging upward. The bottom is clipped in.

For the engine bay: Remove red cap from the remote terminal and set aside. Grab coolant return hose and temporarily move it out of the way, putting it on the PCM latch works. Grasp the two tabs on both sides and then pull up and away.
