Great news! its my birthday today, and i'm the big 2-1! finally legally purchased a beer with lunch at apple bees but the big party is this weekend. anyway, i was going to ask for the ss/na front grille for a gift from my fiance but at dinner i was talking to her about what i'd really want the most, and she's gonna help me get the tune and 60# injectors from new era performance after we move to NY using our deposit from our apartments. i'm getting my 2.79" pulley tomorrow and moving at the end of the month. that means i can have it tuned for some traction in 1st gear at the track and also get the most and safest power from the 2.79" pulley as well as inch my rev limit to 7200rpm! but basically i have the best girl ever b/c she has provided me with my most valuable mods. i bought the cat back and plugs myself but for last year's b-day present she got me my intake, and as a graduation present she gave me my stage 2 upgrade last year as well. isnt she swell haha i love her...

 

Those are some big gifts. That is nice of her.

Congrats on the girlfriend and the new toys. Once you move up here you should meet up with some of us. There are quite a few cruise nights around the area that my friends an i frequent. Plus we're gonna get as many of the SS/SC's in the area for one meet. Also, when do you plan on moving up here and where will you live?

i used to live in honeoye falls, during highschool, always went to the victor dennys, and paintball shop. but right now i'm in PA after going to "college" thought we were gonna stay here forever but things changed and now we are moving to a house in brockport, close to her mom's house. the actually moving of all of our stuff is this saterday, hopefully have everything where we want it in the house next month. looking forward to meeting some other car/cobalt enthusiasts. there was a couple cool spots down here in pa i was getting used to are you going to this: https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/north-east-56/rochester-buffalo-syracuse-ny-areas-59204/ whenever it is? i'll be working at the pepboys in henrietta, if you ever go by there and see a blue ss/sc stop by. hopefully they are cool about visitors.

i have the safe stg2 im running right now. i haven't done much, didn't feel the need to really

the VE, injector timing. thats pretty much the only thing that i left alone in my car. the pe table, trq mngmnt, fans blah blah blah blah are all changed

 

whats VE? when i hear that i think volumetric efficency... and that'd be great to increase that with some key strokes haha.

 

Your definately going to love new era.....Mike WILL use the dyno to fine tune it in. It's worth every penny he charges. I just had him do mine with the same mods(minus the exhaust) you should be really close to 260whp.
