Gm Is Crackin Heads.
I just got off the phone with a guy from GM and asked how much it would cost to have the stock pulley pulled off and the GM stage 2 pulley pressed on... he said it takes around 2 hours and would be $360+tax
I called a local performance shop (http://ipsmotorsports.net/) and they are giving me a price of 130 out the door...
I cant believe GM's price... i wanted to hang up on the guy.

Take it to a auto machine shop.
Cost me 20 bucks to have the old one pressed off and the new hub pressed on.
They tell you that long because most of them dont even know what it is, let alone how to even do it.
