Im guessing he has the harrop TVS, but the TA comment doesnt give it away. I pulled one (2002 WS-6, not full bolt-on, he has intake/exhaust) from a 35punch until i shifted from 2nd to 3rd (around 75mph), and he only passed me then because I heard a boom(ended up being gas igniting in my exhaust) and backed out of it.
