Corsa is way too expensive. Go GM. Mine just arrived and it's looking good.
Here is a sound clip.

wrong... GMPP is made by Borla and has 2.25" piping.. The Corsa is 2.5" piping.. Trust me... when u get the Corsa you will see why you spent $700 bucks. The quality and the R & D that went into this cat-back exhaust is awesome. No drone in cabin. A little louder than stock at idle and has an awesome purr to it but when u get on the gas the thing screams. Everything fit PERFECT. All the exhaust hangers matched perfectly to the stock ones. I think my money was well spent on this exhaust. but that's just my opinion

Why not go magnaflow. Its 2.5 inch piping and the quality is good to. It like 470.00 shipped from modern performance.

The piping is 2.5" but the exhaust tip is 4.0" for the SS/SC

The GMPP that I saw was definitely 2.5". I've heard both in person, GO WITH GM. It sounds way better........WAAAAAAAAAAY better than the Corsa. No contest for me, I'm going with GM once I get enough money scraped together.

Yep, that's definitely me. I'm GM, then Magnaflow, then custom setup. I DO NOT like the Corsa. IMO it's the worst catback I've heard on the car so far.

www.cobalt-addiction.com states 2.25".. this may help too.. this is the "Official Exhaust Thread" https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/show...exhaust+thread

everyone has different tastes. I'm very happy with my Corsa. I spent months looking for the right sound and performance. It pops and crackles when down shifting and letting off the gas like an SRT-4, which i like and does not sound ricey at all! Comparing with all the other exhausts it flowed better and created the most power.. but then again that was on Corsa's website.. but who knows

hm well so far that is the only site that mentioned anything about size but it doesn't matter. Yeah the corsa is slightly more powerful and is louder but I just couldn't justify the price of any of them cept the magnaflow and gmpp so I went gmpp. Once I get it installed I will record both intake and exhaust sounds cus I just installed my injen cai and it screams crazy loud

i dont see what the point is of buying a gm exhaust when the tubing is the same as stock and all the difference is....is your exhaust tip

haha **** that

And everything i heard from corsa was great idk bout gm it just sounds a little weak

that's the only thing .. the stock is 2.5" until you get to the axel back then drops to 2.25".. what some people did was have a shop replace that 2.25" with 2.5" piping with your choice of muffler.. that is the least expensive way to go

there is a picture that shows all the bends and sizes of those bends on the site here somewhere. the stock exhaust is way restrictive with variable sizes of piping going to the back. the point of having a straight exhaust? i dunno flow rate may be one reason which is where the power comes from. im not saying it is going to out flow the corsa but it does outflow the stock exhuast by a large enough margine to make it worthwhile for the price. the corsa on the otherhand I can't justify purchasing for the price and only small gains over the other performance exhausts. To top it off in a world of infinite possibilities I can sleep well at night knowing at least that portion is covered under warrenty since it is always expossed to the elements I can rest easy with that fact

screw GM...go Corsa.

GM amkes no claim about any hp gain at all. I even e-mailed them---they used the word "subjective" alot.

Go with a proven high qaulity aftermarket that sells a performance exhaust and makes power claims.

Unless you just want louder
