from what i can tell/read so far, the gmpp clutch is the same clutch as the stock lnf clutch. do i need the upgraded lsj/lnf tob to use with the gmpp/lnf clutch, or can i use my current stock lsj tob? as in are they interchangable, thanks!

I would highly reccomend going with the lnf TOB. Its more robust than the lsj unit. Also, don't keep the old one in there. Last thing you need is your TOB failing and now u gotta take the trans apart again. Make sure u get a new clutch pipe too.

 

The GMPP Clutch LSJ upgrade kit comes with the LNF TOB.

thanks man, im just trying to buy a used one since I will be selling the car in the near future, figured with the tranny out right now i should throw something in instead of the same stock lsj clutch with 90k on her

 

Why bother with a used clutch? The upgrade kit is a grand $250. Then you can at least tell people the clutch is brand new.
