Just got the Touring exhaust put on today - exactly what I was looking for. Nice low growl, definitely not ricey at all when you accelerate (or while granny shifting) and not much cabin noise when going down the highway... perfect... it does sound like the GM clip as well...

As far as I know the gains in hp and torq are the same. Both sport and touring are the same, the sound only is differant in design. If this is not true someone correct me. Cuz if the sport is more hp torq I'm getting the sport.

^^I don't think anyone has confirmed nor discounted the claim that both emit the same HP and TQ numbers.

Everything that I've read says that the sport and touring are the same with power gain. I am definitely going with the touring

I cant seem to justify why you would want the Corsa IMO. Corsa makes some of the best systems out there but they are almost twice the price. Considering the nice tone that GM created with their own systems I would have to say get the GMPP. I got the sport and its really not that loud. I mean people will know you have a performance system and not just a custom muffler on it.

Anybody seen real dyno gains off of a Corsa? What are we getting average with the GMPP on the dyno? Anybody got numbers off of a Stage 2 or equivalent tune? Any cabin 'drone' from the sport exhaust? Touring must be what is says touring and no drone. Lastly who's got the cheapest price on GMPP Exhaust? It seems like cobalt-addiction has the sport but not the touring at a nice price.

I think that the one that is on Cobalt-Addiction is the sport one not the touring that's why it's at a competitively cheap price compared to the touring on places like gmpartsdirect or something.

Jonelz got about 12hp-10torque out of his exhaust out od a stock setup. I decided to instal it with my stage 2 and its perfect. Definatley an increase in the high rpms. Its to hard to notice any gains by driving in low end rpms with my stage 2 kit so I dont know exactly how good it is until I dyno it on the Mustang.

Yes it is the sport. Any drone with the sport exhaust?

Did you install sport or touring? Did you dyno your car with stage 2 and no exhaust?

Also since everyone on here is so helpful I found a shop that will dyno for 100 per dyno session. I plan on getting a baseline for my stage 2 *no other mods* then trying out one of the exhaust kits....either GMPP or Corsa. Then I will see what the GMPP header will net as well to the wheels.

I think I'm still leaning towards the sport exhaust though.

Does the GMPP Touring exhaust come with a new catalytic converter, cause every pic i have seen show the converter laying with the exhaust system.

That's a nice clip. Did you all get any dyno numbers with that Corsa Touring and Stage 2? That was awesome how you guys got everything, flyby, idle, rev, in-cab daily driving/cruising and WOT! Great work on the vid!

I have sport and yes I dynoed with stage 2 without the sport. I got 222hp and 194T on the Mustang (I would safley estimate that around 240hp and 212T with out the exhaust and 250hp and 222T with exhaust on a Dynojet). This was in the middle of summer also so its kinda hard to justify going now considering its cold as ****.

The cat in our exhaust system is in the downpipe... the catback from gmpp does not have the cat.

Thanks man! Now I just hope somebody out there has a dyno with Corsa and Stage 2 and some confirmation via dyno for the GMPP touring.
