Going catless

So I recently ordered my ZZP Midlength header and DP combo, but I decided to go catless (I heard a few catless balts on youtube and they sounded pretty good) however I'll still have a resonator and muffler (ordered a 2.5" Tsudo catback). So now, I'm only going to have one o2 bung in the header, but nothing in the downpipe, so what do I do with the second o2 sensor? And will my system be running rich if the second one isn't plugged in? If so, should I get an o2 bung welded in so I can plug in that second o2 sensor? Or should I have an o2 bung welded in and get a CEL eliminator? I shouldn't have a problem with back pressure because my entire system is going to be 2.5" all the way from the header, or will I?

Does your state have inspections?

I just deleted my rear O2. Unplugged it and my tuner deleted related codes.

You wont have a problem with back pressure. 2.5" is fine.

No state inspections in Michigan haha, we used to years back, but even then you used to just go in and pay the person to pass you haha. And well I don't have a tuner to delete any codes, and sadly I can't afford one at the moment, but I should be okay right? I won't be running too rich?

2nd O2 doesnt control anything. Just tells if the cat is doing its job.

Damn it lol, any idea how much that costs? Would the CEL eliminator fix that issue?
