Going for a Dyno Pull
lol those numbers are way off even if there is a tune.... look at dyno thread ppl with 2.9,header,dp,h/e,t are putting down around the numbers u posted just saying no way in hell numbers are even close to right
Lol i knew this was gonna ruffle everyones feathers
No Prob. I am wearing flame retardant clothes. Besides everyone is entitled to their own opinions that is the whole point of the fourms right. I know what I saw and whats on my car(for the most part) and I have the Dyno sheet, once you do your 2 runs we;ll see maybe it is off calibration, who knows. All I know is I am happy It has always felt fast and pulls hard.
lol oh no worries im not flamming at all justing saying dyno is very very very happy or completely fucked up to read those number thats all im saying i could care less about dynos cuz if urs is dynoing 250whp.... mines prob not even that with mods i have..track times prove more than dyno. i ran 14.28 @ 102mph i know not very impressive but our track sucks and has zero prep so put both together hard to pull a good time

yeah seems pretty unbelievable but you got the dyno sheets to show it i guess. i would take it to another dyno and see what happens. if your getting 248 on a mustang you would get like mid 260whp on a dynojet. lol.
No you didn't. I mentioned trap which is an indication of horsepower, not your ET. I've seen a KB Cobra run in the 15's before.
hope you don't think I'm trying to be a jerk man! I just want you to know what your car can actually do so you don't get your hopes up. In stock form, I think the fastest SS/SC 1/4 was 14.2 - 14.0. Something like that!
Have fun working on your launching! !4's are completely possible with what you have. Try preloading the driveline: when staging at the strip, put your rpms where you want them and then pull your e-brake all the way up. Let the clutch out till you feel the car kinda squat on it's ass...like it wants to go. Then when the tree comes down, right at green, let off the e-brake and come off the clutch (dont pop it but don't bitch it) using around half throttle. once you're out of the clutch, full throttle your way down the track. Boom, you just got a 1.9 60' time
EDIT: disguise, I was referring to the trap. A lower 60' time means youre spinning for longer and thus will have a lower trap (less distance to travel the further you go spinning). That's what I was referencing when I spoke about 60' times

I don't get what your saying? A lower 60' means your getting more traction/a better launch. Heavy spinning usually results in a higher trap.
