Going Turbo Few Questions
ok so i am going with a simple turbo set up at first i am getting zzp turbo only kit. they no longer make the rotor delete plate so i am going with the supercharger delete plate. because i am going to run it with the stock intercooling system for a little bit
so with the delete plate the throttle body with be mounted to intake manifold and i need to know how to get the one non flexible line that goes to the throttle body to were it is going to be now
and what is the easiest way to change how the belt is set up weld the alternator clutch or use a 2.2 alternator
i have welding equipment that i can use

get a 2.2L tensioner and alternator. You will have to order the pigtail through tom at CED for the new alternator plug.
Basically all you do is remove the lsj alternator bracket and tensioner setup, and install new tensioner (2.2L) with 2.2l belt, and install the alternator without the lsj bracket.
What flexible line are you talking about?

non flexible line? you mean the black evap? just gotta cut it in half and put rubber vacuum hosing/clmaps on mating sides.
easiest way is prob weld lsj alternator and get 2.2 tensioner and belt
or do what blazin said if that works too lol

does anyone know what kind of fitting i will need for the brake booster line
ok so i just went and took off the elbow and there is no 1 way valve so i guess that means it doesn't matter if are brake boost sees boost
