Well the dyno had huge rollers and I mean huge! It was dynoed at 93 degrees and it was.more like 75 in the shop. Another guy with 2.8 60# cams full exhaust intake full cooling and a bunch of other stuff only made 262 on that dyno.
The car was not in limp mode, and obviously the SC belt was on. The dyno weather station reported like 93 degrees F with I believe 25 percent humidity. Inside the shop was maybe 80 degrees. They had a blower in the front but it was tiny. I'm not even sure if it was switched on..

so you ran 42s and a 3.06 inch pulley on the stock tune and made 140 hp?
then reflashed to gms2 and dynoed again and made 220?..
dont understand why you would do that, but i do know that you arent at 50% idc. youre probably logging the generic idc calculator on hptuners. it reads half of what it really is, because we have a single bank of cylinders and not 2 like v8s. if you search on the hpt forum there is a custom pid that will log our idc correctly

The size of the rollers don't matter. Your 220whp-ish after those mods seem a little low as well. Was your blower disconnected your baseline pass? Temps can make MAYBE a 10 horsepower variance for the power levels we are discussing (they were blowing the fan into your engine bay right?). Hell, my Trans Am made varied 10 horsepower between a 65 degree day (80ish degrees in the dyno room) and an 80 degree day (110 in the dyno room).
Okay so the baseline dynoed at 144whp with 42# injectors full exhaust intake and a 2.90 with gms2 flash. Then with the same mods it dynoed 222 whp and 208wtq after being hptuned. Its runing a 12.5 -13.0 afr. Way lean. There is nothing wrong with the car at least nothing obvious.

you really ought to dyno on the same dyno to have a before and after comparison. otherwise, your previous dyno and this dyno are useless. you use dynos as a tuning tool or comparison. it doesnt matter if your dyno reads that your car makes 80 hp, as long as you increase with modifications.
unless the dyno really is trash. if so, i wouldnt even waste money or time getting it dynoed. just have fun with it
