well...that's not entirely true. Many people had fitment issues with the Injen and Fujita.

Injen is a great looking product but two pieces of advice from a seasoned injen owner.

1) If for some reason it rubs, get some rubber. It won't be long before you rub a hole into it and if a dealer sees an intake with a hole in it, your SCREWED.

2) In the name of all thats holy DO NOT lose the rubber anti vibration mount. It is currently irreplacable and extremely difficult to make yourself for some reason.

I may be wrong but was under the impression that the 2nd generation Injen intake fit without rubbing.
Will find out soon enough as I am installing an Injen tomorrow.

You'll love it
I have had no fitment problems, and no CEL's so far. You will have to play around with it a bit to get it to sit just right, but yeah, DONT LOOSE THE RUBBER PIECE!
I have had it on for around a month now, and I checked it weekly or more often after I put it on to check for rubbing (didnt take the wheel well out, just a visual, and nudged it to see if it did rub) and its fine. I do STRONGLY suggest checking it frequently until you feel good it wont move at all. I dont have rubber around the sheetmetal where the intake goes into the wheel well, but I will at my next oil change.

Well, I got the intake in. Yes I had to play with it to get the the fit just right.
I put a piece of rubber on one edge of the sheetmetal where the tube went into the wheel
well just to be safe. I didn't have a rubbing issue from what I could see but I put the rubber in anyway.
I had a CEL when I first started the car. Took it out and made 1 good full throttle pass, shut the car off for 5 min and bingo!!! No more CEL

I deffinitely have more power and like everyone says, the blower whine is great!!

OH Yea, also installed an Ingals dampener, huge difference.

NEXT: Stage Kit.

Another fix for that CEL that you got is to disconnect the battery during the install to reset the PCM so that it can relearn the new intake, but if yours is off, then rock on

I did disconnect the battery during the entire install. Got the dreaded CEL anyway,
it went away as stated above.
