Looking at a PTE SC34 turbo but still haven't decided, along with a 38mm Tial wastegate, Godspeed intercooler (with factory H/E and intake mani),HKS super sequential bov,ATP S/C delete,60's,full 3 inch exhaust along with all the other little obvious parts.

Yeah, I've read a lot about the troubles people have been having..sorta seeing what was the problems and how they fixed it so I can do it right the first time..still have a decent amount of research to go..

I actually bought it all of someone that had it custom made, but examining it you are correct.
should check out sound performance and their turbos. i run one of their p trim 67mm turbos on my supra, good for over 600whp on fuel and 500whp on gas. bb, and full spool is @ 4300. when it kicks in, it's almost like a snap, fastest spool of any 67mm i've owned

granted that would be overkill for you car, i'm sure sp makes smaller ones. their stuff is extremely high quality

Yep, wastegate will be vented to the atmosphere.

It's going to be rear exit unless I find a decent rear piece with no exhaust cut-outs which I probably won't since I like the stock look.
