got the saab intake manifold on today

this is how thick the spacer plate had to be to make my throttlebody fit

had to port the intake inlet cuz the saab throttle body is smaller than the LSJ one

fit pretty good, it just has a few bolts holding it in place right now, glen229 is gonna be powdercoating it black

cause this is a "supercharged" motor that he placed this on, meaning his ultimate goal is to turbo charge the car.

looks good.. few things..

why do you need the spacer.. does the blade hit the mani at WOT?

what mods to the stock hoses/sensors need to be made to have them fit this manifold?

does this manifold look like it needs to be ported to help flow or does this manifold seem like it flows well?

and just to confirm this is the manifold off of a 93 turbo saab correct?

no, the throttle body is so big that it his the manifold before it sits flush, so we had to make that throtte body space that big to make it sit right

you need to move the IAT2 sensor and there are vaccume tubes on this intake to match up with the stock LSJ manifold

its a turbo manifold, so it flows very well

yes its off a 04 SAAB 93 2.0
