Ok...so i'm not trying to start any arguements, trigger any complaits, or start anything bad like that. I was just wondering where i was on the list of H/E from CA. Anyone who ordered one before 5/16/07 and still hasn't got their's add your name to the list and when you ordered it. This way people can know if there on the first shipment coming in soon, or in for a long wait.

If asked i could just let you all know where you are on the list . The manufacturer we have keeps giving us ship dates and no trackign numbers , then when they do show up we only get half the requested number . We have 30 on order and are expecting 9 the beginning of this week. We have been flooded with heat exchanger orders because of tax return season and with the manufacturer keep giving us garbage time frames i am updating the website this weekend to list a 4 week delay on any new orders.
I realize this has been situation and we are tryign our best to coem to soem sort of a solution with the manufacturer for this not to happen. They are makign us look horrible as every time estimate and shippign date they give they are way off and we just try and be honest and tell everyone what info we are getting from the manufacturer. We are trying to keep everyone up to date on when there order is expected to go out but i cannot promise anything till we physically get them in hand as there estimates are just garbage up until now.
Anyone that doesnt wish to wait we have no problem with any refunds and everyone who has been waiting awhile we are offering extended discounts on future orders for thanking them for there patience and understanding .
We arent here to rip anyone off or decieve them in any way , its just a really difficult situation with a manufacturer that just doesnt really seem to care that we do $4000+ a month of business with them. We are in the process of looking for new manufacturer that can come close to the quality and price of the current ones we have, thats the hard part.

Right now they will be all the orders placed before april23rd.
We are doing all we can to get these believe me. Its not a situation we want to be in ...the manufacturer has dropped the ball and we are tryign to stay in contact with everyone to let them know.
