Hahn Header Install Problem *Pics*

So I went to install the rest of my exhaust today, the Hahn cat-back is already installed. I took off the dp, and I took off the stock header (which is a pain in the ass). I go to put the hahn header on and it fits, but the bottom of the header rests on a part of the transmission. The transmission piece goes across to the other side of the tranny. When I tighten the header down, the pressure from the header pushing down on that bar causes the transmission to leak on the right side where that bar goes across. So I take the header off and I compare the openings with the stock header, the stock header has bigger openings. I'm either thinking this is very poor design, or hahn sent me the wrong header? I need some answers.

Size Comparison (look at the holes on the new header (left) compared to stock (right)

Thats not the tranny, thats the water pump. The water pump is the box on the right that that tube comes out of. It runs off the Timing Chain.

hmmmm not to sure about that,,,gm header is not special....stock is as good..my stock outlet was like 1.8inch and vibrant was 2.5 .... stock is way to small or gm anyhow

why now just wait for hahn to make u a new one

if you bought a shitty burger from mcdonalds... would you want to sit and wait for them to make you another shitty burger? or go across the street and get you some real food for the same price?

the header they sent me has smaller primaires then the stock header though. Why should I take the chance of them sending me something else when it will probably be the same size primaries as the one they sent me, and it doesn;t even have a 3" exit, it's only 2.5" that isn't a true 3" header.

if you guys are suggesting other headers, send me some links so I can check them out. For example, vibrant or pacesetter.

it just really pisses me off that I pay 1600 dollars for a full exhaust system from a company that is very reputable, and this **** happens. Nothin ever goes easy for me when it comes to cars. And to top it off, they sent me the ******* downpipe, with only two bolts, when I need 3 bolts to connect it to the header. So I had to take a trip to home depot to get one more bolt.
