Hahn has pioneered alot of nice products for cobalts.

Ull make way more power on their turbo kits than you ever can on a staged s/c.....

You need everything in the Level V kit, And yes it will make much more power than the mods you have listed

I mean if you have the knowledge you could piece together a kit and save some money, But its not easy and you will still need most of the stuff in that kit whether you buy it from them or somebody else.

Thing is that kit will make 400whp, Not right out of the box but with a good tune a few tweaks here and there.

There really isnt a cheaper way to make that kinda power

Stock rims will handle a good size tire, The problem is what will fit in the wheel well. Im running a 225/40, I have seen people run 235's with no issues, And if i remember correctly i think i seen sombody was running 245's with very minimal rubbing when turned all the way to the lock

How do you figure?

I think he knows its not a must have, But he also knows a 350-400hp car is going to need all the grip you can get.

Shouldnt be... If there is it will be very small like turning the wheel all the way to one side you might hear a little squeak but nothing bad

I would go with these, G-force Sport

Or the next step up, KDW's

Level V:

* Cobalt S20G Turbocharger
* Cobalt S20G Turbo Oil Solution
* Cobalt Direct-Mount Turbo Manifold
* Cobalt Quick-Mount V-band Turbo Exhaust Housing and MaxFlow Downpipe System
* Cobalt Turbo Air Intake System
*

Cobalt Front-Mount Intercooler
* Cobalt Charge Air Piping System
* Cobalt Billet Blow-Off Valve System
* Cobalt StreetRace CNC Billet SheetMetal Intake Manifold
* Cobalt Turbo Fuel Injectors/Harness mod/PCM calibration

So in short yes, It includes everything you would need.

Oh by the way you would also need a new clutch and some drive train mods.

The G-force sport's is what i run, And many others run KDW's as they are pretty much the best all around street tire your going to find that will last more than 5,000 miles.

The difference is, The KDW's are a softer tire so they grip better but also wear faster, And are a little noisy because of the tread pattern.

No problem,

And yes at some point you would want a clutch, Probably a spec stage 3, Linky and this is really all you would need for the drive train Linky
