no. stage 3 is written for a 1 litre blower not a 1.3/

yes with any stage. if you get a harrop, a custom tune is required.

In all its aspects, how much better is the tvs compared to the OEM m62 Eaton sc. How well can it perform on its own with no other supporting mods other then cooling mods?

If you shelling out the cash for a tvs I would say your way better off spending extra and doing it right. Not just cooling mods
