Header downpipe question

Not trying to bash. Is it even worth spending that much money to get a good header and downpipe. Im currently 2.8 stage 2. Nrver take it past 6k rpms. Actully never get on it. Anyway, spending 200 ~ 400 bucks for a combo for a more free flowing exhaust staying on the m62..i I understand if sprayin meth on a 2.5 forged goodies blah blah. But if not going all out to max it out is.it worth it? Ihave a honed manifold stock downpipe and touring catback with part of it 3 inch. Cant remember. But will I actully gain a noticeable feel with a header downpipe? not sure if.my question is understandable. I understand the concept of doing it but unless I hit the lottery is it worth it if im not going to go all out and then later blow up anyway. ......another question if I go 50 pound injectors on a 2.5 or 2.6 with alot of meth ( easy timing) will it net more hp then my 2.8 stage 2 tune. I have no knock factory timing. I do not get on it much as stated though. Hope this makes sence. I been wanting to go.2.5 pully but I need forge pistons. ... Also I have eco saab motor. Can I put pistons in that and swap it all over.. I been reading some guy that is doing it now. All I plan on is forged pistons, and head work to.max.out the m62. I dont have alot of money and want to stay m62. No sence in letting this spare good motor sit here.. Im on my cell phone sorry if crap doesnt make sence lol im a good guy.
