header/ dp conversion

ok so i just purchased a zzp 3" catless dp.
a local cobalt owner is doing a new build and said he would sell his pacesetter header to me. i know the dp and header dont bolt together, so i would have to have a shop weld them up.
my question is, wouldnt the header and dp be too long to connecto to the rest of the exhaust after being converted?

With the pacesetter my stock dp hung pretty low. It would scrape on speed bumps. But it all fit together. I would assume since the zzp dp is a direct fit that you'd just have to be careful over bumps. But it should fit. My assumptions, someone with the zzp dp should chime in
