you do realize this is like thread 10,000 just like this? There is even a whole thread dedicated to displaying and reviewing them. let me find the link real quick.
edit:
https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/2-0l-lsj-performance-tech-47/official-header-thread-2-0sc-19528/ not that it covers everything, but did you check it out? Most of them have sound clips and specific reviews too looking around enough.

Actually, that link only has a few listed. One thread had like 15 listed. I'm not trying to be rude. I just thought it was funny cause the same type of thread pops up every night it seems like.

You're dumb if you don't go with the 1 3/4th zzp header

The zzp midlength is pacesetter... looks exactly the same and the box even said it on the side! It's just a downpipe to go with it so that it bolts up - IMO after purchasing, I would have made a different choice... the 2 bolt design doesn't tighten enough (maybe the flange is warped) and it causes the gasket to blow (mine has 3 times) I guess I'm just going to weld it.

FYI, got my ZZP mid-length header in the other day and they didn't have the o2 extension in stock. They say they have to ship it out as soon as it arrives...

Actually you may be correct now that I look at it - the collector is a little different. Everything else seems identical, the box had a pony and the words pacesetter on the side that I received from ZZP though...

And yes, I didn't get an O2 extension either or a upper gasket. I also had to wait a week after their defective bolt cracked for them to slowly ship me another. I am frustrated with this whole situation.

I love my vibrant. Took me two hours to install it. No leaks and no problems with the o2's. It sounds great with my magnaflow exaust. Alittle loud when I get on it but very quiet when driveing on the highway in the cabin.

my zzp header is fine. it leaked at first, but i discovered the nuts were vibrating loose, and causing it to seperate from the downpipe. i replaced that gasket, and added some loc-tite to the bolts.. has been fine now for over 1,000 miles.
i did not recieve an O2 extension either, but it was easily resolved with about 2 feet of wire, crush connectors, and electrical tape. <-- I've learned to expect these kinds of small problems. it comes with the territory when you modify your car.

Why??? I have it, and am very impressed with it. It is clearly wining the pole right now, so just curious what makes you think it is so bad. Same basic concept as a header, and the dealers dont freak out when you bring your car in for some kind of service.

I like the GMPP manifold. Mainly because I know it's a good quality product because it's a factory part and i don't have to worry about leaks or fitment issues. Yeah it may not give me as much hp as a header but it's good quality and will last.

Your better off dremeling your stock manifold that buying the honed out one. Unless it has a bigger collector i cant imagine it doing much better than stock.

Why would you even want to go with the honed manifold? Why even waste your money on it? If you want the best performance you get a header.. Not a manifold.
