Heat Exchanger

Okay so I just had a few questions about my heat exchanger. I am thinking about putting a Cobra HE on my cobalt ss 2.0 but should I leave my stock on with it? and what is the dual pass interooler plate? what is that for. Might be stupid questions but yeah lol thanks

Yes leave your stock H.E. in place, route new hoses so that the intercooler fluid leaves
the manifold flows first to the stock H.E. then to the front mount. From the front mount back
to the manifold.
The dual pass end plate routes the coolant through two times in one way the back out the same end through an additional opening, instead of just once.
