heat exchanger
With the following set-up, what if any performance increases should I expect by installing a heat exchanger? For a $350 cost, what do we get back? Would I be better off adding a header and high flow cat (keeping in mind, I don't want to lose low end)

SS/SC, stage II, 2.8" pulley, injen intake, GMPP exhaust

Heat exchanger offers greater cooling, and that equals to increased power.

Also, the double pass intercooler plate makes a great addition as well. The cooler the air the better the performance results.
