Heat exchanger creating a vaccum?
I recently added the zzp heat exchanger inline with my stock one and am having trouble bleeding it.
With the pump on, it sucks down all the coolant in the resivour neck.
When it is off, if I open the cap, it shoots out(warm or cold)
Wtf, I've had to completely fill the stock one before and didn't have this issue, what should I be looking at here?

That coolant has to go somewhere, the path of least resistance should be back to the filler neck from the other end. You're probably not the first person to do this mod so it could be unique to your situation, so you might have to bypass each intercooler to see if there is a restriction as an idea to start if you don't see any kinks/pinches.

I have to agree with bubba. There almost has to be air trapped in the system. The water isn't compressing so the coolant level dropping is probably from the pump compressing the trapped air bubble. I've found the stock pump to be weak enough that purging the air out of the system can be a pain in the ass.
Did you try adding coolant as the pump sucks it down from the reservoir until the reservoir stays full with the pump on? You could do this and then install the cap before turning it off and may help purge the air. Also make sure the pump is primed. If it get's an air bubble stuck at the inlet it can have trouble self priming.
