So I hadnt realized that there was no coolant in the heat exchanger. I just got the car about a month ago and yesterday I opened the hood to put on a stage kit and realized abosolutely bone dry no coolant any where in the sc cooling system so needless to say im kind of freaking out. I am ordering a pump tmw bc that was fried. So what kind of damage should I be looking for? I pulled the s/c off and didnt see any problems put her back together and filled her up to realize the pump wasnt functioning but like I said its getting ordered. I mean after I installed everything I did one pull on the car and I am hitting around 16 psi no problems. I drive 60 miles round trip at 70mph everyday for work how can it not be destroyed?

 

pumps are known to go bad.

 

I know im replacing the pump I mean sc or engine

 

Your fine. You didn't hurt anything.

 

Pumps are to keep iat2 temps down when boosting. Your fine just replace the pump
