I am about to intercool my cav and im not sure of a couple things..

- Im not sure of the ZZP s3 thread....is it 3/4" npt?
- Also is it better to use brass or plastic fittings?

Im mainly talking about off the intercooler since I want to go straight versus the 90's ZZP sends with it.

Also if anyone knows a good place to buy those fittings let me know

 

I bought brass fittings at Lowe's and they do a wonderful job.. and yes they're 3/4"

I didnt use any teflon or pipe dope on mine and my bottom fitting is wet but doesnt drip.
