Ok guys im a completely stock 06 SS/SC. I mean completely stock no air box mod no nothing. Is there a point to get with the ZZP stage 3 front mount heat exchanger or just get a new stock one (current one has a serious leak). I dont plan on going outrageous with the car just a few bolt ons and maybe a Stage 2 kit for now while I save money for a engine build and TVS.

 

Imo if the stock one is broken, order a zzp stealth h/e and just have them to add the opt b bung in the comment section. That way if u do stage kits later on ur got a good start on cooling mods

 

Stage 3 front mount isn't necessarily a replacement he, it's an additional he. It can be run by itself, but very few people do it.

Drop money on the zzp stealth or griffin if you want to replace your he, or just get another stock. Stock he's also show up on here for sale every now and then.
