well the engine is out the car right now at the shop.. but i didnt want to say anything to the guy cuz hes giving me a warranty for 1 year and i dont want him to go threw all that taking the engine apart again.. do you think it would come out when i change the oil cuz i gotta change it in 100 miles because of the engine rebuild of the blown headgasket
no its gonna get sent in to a cylinder take that **** out. ****. im not tryin to be an ass but its ur car man, take care of it and do it.
yea but he didnt drop it in there and if he takes it apart and finds that part. he'll know he didnt drop it in there and u just said screw it. would u warrenty some ones **** and lose money if they just wanted to be lazy and not take care of something simple?

if its in the manifold its probably going to stay in the manifold, but it could bounce around and hit the laminova cores or melt maybe. taking off your intake manifold isn't that hard, i would try and take it off and just shake it out, but if your engine is off your car then they might find it just rattling around inside, so i dunno. Also, there is no way it would ever come out with an oil change.
